STATISTICAL PROCESS CONTROL (PRACTITIONER)
INTRODUCTION
Have you implemented Statistical Process Control (SPC)?
Are your operators using SPC effectively?
Are you using the right control chart?
Are you operators making the right interpretations?
Can you hold the gains of your quality improvements?
SPC (Practitioner) can track and hold the gains from quality improvement activities.
This course has a practical hands-on approach in numerical computation
for manufacturing or service. This course enables the delegates to understand
the use of variable (Precontrol, X-bar R) and attribute (d, p, c and u)
data. They will also learn of the implementation, interpretation and use
control charts.
BENEFITS OF ATTENDING THE
COURSE
The course enables the delegates to:
Perform a Gage Repeatability and Reproducibility.
Control a machine through Precontrol Chart.
Monitor a process using Variable Control Charts.
Perform machine and process capability studies.
Monitor the product quality through Attribute Control Charts.
Identify sporadic problems in products and processes.
Prevent unnecessary tweaking of processes already in control.
Stop blaming operators for poor quality when a process is incapable.
WHO SHOULD ATTEND
SPC (Practitioner) is used to monitor drifts in process so that proactive action can
be taken. It will be most appropriate for those involved in Marketing,
Finance, Sales, Manufacturing, Production and Service. Teams are encouraged
to attend for maximum benefit.
